Picked up on time, driver was very friendly. Arrived at place, seemed well organised. Make sure you put sun screen on at the start otherwise you will get burn, also wear a cap under helmet. Also wear a pair of runners of water shoes as you do walk over some stones. The water levels weren't very high so we did get stuck on a lot of rocks. Our guide was very good but towards the end he did say he expected a tip at the end because he doesn't get paid very much. Luckily we had taken money for drinks.

My wife and I had an amazing time rafting on the Ayung River and seeing the sites in Ubud, the staff was very fun and knew how to make the journey entertaining. Would highly recommend for all. Also, if you have the chance ask for Susila as your driver and guide. He's very nice and knowledgable about the area, and is great for conversation and learning about Bali!.

Did the Telaga Waja Rafting and ATV tour in one day from Ubud. You could tell this company had the longest trip as other companies joined us as various stages of the river but they all looked like they had come down heaps of stairs and didn’t have as long in the river as us. Had Nura as our friendly driver for the day. He kept our backpack and everything secure while we did yours and was very safe when driving. At the ATV tour we had really slow drivers in front of us who kept holding everyone up so they swapped out the groups half way and that meant we got to go fast through the mud tracks which was great. Both tours were great

Highly recommend the Ayung River Rafting! We were a group of 6 so were all in the same boat with a guide. The river was a little low so the rapids weren't as full on and we got stuck on a few rocks, but otherwise no complaints. There are many many stairs to walk down from the drop-off point to the river and many many back up at the end. The lunch included in the Ayung and Kintamani Full Day Tour is nice but simple - choice of chicken or vegetarian. Our guide for the second part of the day was great and even changed up the itinerary for us based on things we'd already done on our trip.

6 of us went for the package of White Water rafting + Spa, 4 of us went for White Water rafting + ATV. Staff was very friendly in answering our queries prior to the confirmation and trip. White water rafting was very enjoyable and the instructors were very friendly and nice. Would definitely use Telaga Waja Rafting Bali for our next trip. As they planned everything for us, from pick up at the villa early in the morning and ending the day at Jimbaran Bay for our seafood dinner.
